All payments are through secured https encrypted SSL gateways and we do not store card details of any customer in our servers and we are not responsible for any misuse of data that is captured and stored on the card processor servers. Refunds shall be determined on eligibility criteria and shall be made to the same person whose name appears in the card and to the same card account through the ame route. Such process may take about 45 days'time. Some services may not be eligible for any refunds. Cancellations and refunds are decided by relevant airline or hotel or other services provider. In order to process refunds you must provide supporting documents via email and do it as early as possible to reduce cancellation amount.
We may levy a service fee for any service delivered through phone bookings and charges are on per passenger basis and all such charges are non-refundable regardless of whether a passenger makes use of the service or cancels it. Such fees are over and above the usual charges applied by airlines and hotels.
